1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the La Luz Studio website and purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
La Luz Studio offers:
- Beat licenses (MP3, WAV, Premium) for original instrumentals
- Custom beat production
- Mixing and mastering services
- Instrumental production and music arrangement
- Audio production consultation
3. BEAT LICENSING
When you purchase a beat license, you are purchasing a license to use the instrumental in accordance with the terms of that specific license type. You are NOT purchasing ownership or copyright of the beat.
License terms:
- MP3 License: Non-exclusive, 1 project, up to 5,000 distributions. Producer credit required.
- WAV License: Non-exclusive, 1 project, up to 25,000 distributions. Producer credit required.
- Premium License: Non-exclusive, up to 3 projects, unlimited distribution. Includes stems. Producer credit required.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All beats, instrumentals, and audio content on this website are the intellectual property of La Luz Studio. Purchasing a license does NOT transfer copyright or ownership. La Luz Studio retains full copyright of all productions. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content is prohibited.
5. PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Flutterwave. La Luz Studio is not responsible for payment processing delays or failures caused by Flutterwave or your financial institution.
6. DELIVERY
Digital products (beat files) are delivered via download links after payment confirmation. Download links expire after 48 hours. If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours.
7. REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute purchased content beyond the license terms
- Misrepresent ownership of licensed content
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
La Luz Studio provides products and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
